Аннотация
Представлен обзор литературы по истории открытия и функции гликокаликса, который входит в состав мембраны эндотелиоцита. На основании проанализированных работ, которые были опубликованы в медицинской печати на протяжении последних 30 лет отмечена важность изучения функции и строения гликокаликса в эндотелиальном слое вен. Представлено значимое влияние гликокаликса в развитии патофизиологических процессов у пациентов с патологией сердечно-сосудистой системы.
Ключевые слова: гликокаликс, эндотелий, эндотелиальная дисфункция, сердечно-сосудистая система.
