Аннотация

Ишемическая болезнь сердца (ИБС) связана с окислительным стрессом (ОС), при котором баланс нарушается, и выработка активных форм кислорода (АФК) перевешивает их элиминацию. Окислительная реакция приводит к нарушению функции клеток и может увеличить вероятность развития осложнений во время или после операции коронарного шунтирования (КШ). При патофизиологических состояниях, связанных с ОС, наблюдается общее увеличение потребности глутатиона в антиоксидантных реакциях, реакциях конъюгации и восстановлении дисульфидов белков. Данные о влиянии КШ на аминотиолы плазмы неполны и противоречивы.

Плазменный пул аминотиолов, с одной стороны, оказывает существенное влияние на метаболизм глутатиона в тканях сосудов и сердца, а с другой – может отражать его нарушения. КШ, в свою очередь, можно рассматривать как процедуру, запускающую стрессовые и адаптивные механизмы, способные оказывать существенное влияние на метаболизм аминотиолов. Однако на сегодняшний день данные об этом влиянии КШ фрагментарны. Для понимания процессов, происходящих в аминотиоловой системе при ИБС и КШ, важно обнаружить не только сдвиги концентраций этих маркеров, но и выявить наличие или отсутствие их ассоциации друг с другом.
