Abstract
The article summarizes the experience of the formation of Robot-assisted surgery at the Pirogov Center since 2018. The history of the introduction of robotic technologies into the surgical practice of the Pirogov Center, the current state and development prospects are considered. The experience of using robotic operations in various areas of surgery is covered in detail: urology, gynecology, abdominal and thoracic surgery, neurosurgery, traumatology and orthopedics. The advantages of robot-assisted operations in various types of surgeons are considered. Shortcomings and possible complications are noted.
