Abstract
A malignant widespread soft tissue tumor of the upper trunk (melanoma)is characterized by a high frequency of locoregional and distant relapses, low resectability and the development of various complications, in particular hemorrhagic and septic, which it is one of the urgent problems of modern oncology. The main treatment method today is surgical. The relevance of this article is to demonstrate to oncologists andsurgeons the possibility of a stepwise multidisciplinary approach to the surgical treatment of this pathology.
