Аннотация
Хотя, в настоящее время, реверсивное эндопротезирование плечевого сустава является достаточно распространённой операцией, до сих пор продолжаются обсуждения различных аспектов биомеханики реверсивного эндопротеза. В частности, нет единого мнения о роли и функции подлопаточной мышцы. Было выполнено несколько клинических и биомеханических исследований, посвященных ее влиянию на стабильность сустава и объем движений. Полученные результаты были противоречивыми. Часть авторов указывает, что подлопаточная мышца улучшает стабильность сустава, но может ограничивать объем движений в нем. Другие авторы не выявили связи между восстановлением крепления подлопаточной мышцы, количеством вывихов и объемом движений. В данной статье представлен обзор медицинских исследований, посвященных изучению функции подлопаточной мышцы после реверсивного эндопротезирования плечевого сустава.
