The patient urgently had been undergone by open surgical treatment: superficial femoral-distal popliteal bypass with exclusion of the aneurysm and ligation of lateral circumflex femoral artery aneurysm. This report presents a case of ruptured popliteal artery aneurysm successfully treated in an elderly patient with a pronounced comorbid background.
