Abstract
We present the results of pancreatic cancer cryodestruction when radical surgical intervention is not possible. The results of the study show that cryosurgery can be effective in improving the duration and quality of life in inoperable patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer. Using cryosurgery in some cases, it is possible to achieve the transfer of inoperable cancer to operable pancreatic cancer.
