Abstract
A clinical case of surgical treatment of a patient with cystic-calyceal fistula is presented. The peculiarity of this clinical case of discovery in the use of the drug Histoacryl Flex as a sclerosant for cystic-calyceal fistula. A multidisciplinary approach to solving this problem helps to avoid the onset of symptoms and in the future is inclined to a habitual lifestyle.
