Аннотация
В статье представлены результаты обзора литературы по применению методов эндоваскулярного гемостаза для купирования геморрагических осложнений при урологических операциях. На основании анализа были систематизированы основные виды гемостаза и используемые эмболизирующие материалы, описана область применения методики, основные её преимущества, недостатки и осложнения. По результатам были сделаны выводы, что большинство исследователей подтверждало крайне высокую эффективность эндоваскулярного гемостаза, но в отдельных случаях отмечались летальные исходы и потребность в проведении дополнительных вмешательств.
