Abstract
In 2022, the Federal State Budgetary Institution “National Medical and Surgical Center named after N.I. Pirogov” of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation celebrates its twentieth anniversary. We present the structured review of the milestones the Center an it’s staff has been through, and of what impact these milestones had on medical care, research, education and innovation provided by the Center.
