Abstract
Acute appendicitis and strangulated inguinal hernia are very common condition in Emergency abdominal surgery. However, the position of a vermiform appendix in an inguinal hernia sac is an atypical and rare event in practice of care surgeon and is defined as Amyand,s hernia. We present a case report of such a condition.
