Аннотация
Жидкостные образования поджелудочной железы являются частым осложнением острого и хронического панкреатита. Они делятся на псевдокисты поджелудочной железы (ПК ПЖ) и отграниченный панкреонекроз «Walled-off pancreatic necrosis (WOPN)». Частота образования ПК ПЖ при остром панкреатите 5–15%, при хроническом панкреатите 20–40%, отграниченного панкреонекроза (ОПН) — 15%.
Методами дренирования жидкостных образований поджелудочной железы являются: трансмуральное дренирование (ТМД), транспапиллярное дренирование (ТПД), двойное одномоментное дренирование (ДОД). Все методы дренирование делятся на активные (с цистоназальным дренажом) и пассивные (без цистоназального дренажа). По данным мировой литературы, ведутся исследования, направленные на определение наиболее эффективного, безопасного метода эндоскопического дренирования и сроков дренирования.
