Ремоделирование камер сердца после транскатетерной коррекции вторичного дефекта межпредсердной перегородки у пациентов старше 60 лет

Исследование состояло из 53 пациентов в возрасте от 60 до 84 лет. Траснкатетерная коррекция проведена всем пациентам. Функциональный класс (согласно классификации NYHA) сердечной недостаточности, эхокардиографические измерения правых камер сердца, левого предсердия, функции левого желудочка и уровня систолического давления в легочной артерии демонстрировали значительное уменьшение размеров и улучшение функции сердца. Интраоперационных осложнений не наблюдалось. У пациентов любого возраста закрытие ДМПП сопровождается улучшением клинической картины, а также снижением давления в ЛА и размеров камер сердца. Учитывая непрерывное нарастание выраженности симптомов, давления в ЛА и ремоделирование камер сердца, закрытие ДМПП показано пациентам при установлении диагноза, вне зависимости от наличия или отсутствия симптоматики, даже пациентам пожилого возраста.
