Abstract
We are analyzed the results of surgical treatment of 32 patients from 2000 to 2018. The article considers various options of access, technique, postoperative management of patients. Postoperative complications occurred in five patients (16%). Radical method of treating trachеoesophageal fistula is separation fistula with suturing defects in the trachea and esophagus and muscle transposing to isolate the suture line.
