Аннотация
В статье описана модифицированная технология ретроградной трансвенозной этанольной аблации лечения рефрактерных желудочковых аритмий. Данный метод отличается от ранее опубликованного дробным многократным введением этанола с целью создания стойкой редукции аритмогенного миокарда.
Ключевые слова: этанольная абляция, катетерная аблация, желудочковые нарушения ритма.
