Abstract
Tthis article discusses the features of the course of rib chondroma, which debuted with a pain syndrome, regarded as intercostal neuralgia. The analysis of the above clinical observation allowed us to develop recommendations for treatment of patients with similar symptoms. The most detailed and thorough collection of anamnesis of life, the manifestation of alertness in relation to atypical pain syndrome, will allow you to justify the correct diagnosis and develop adequate treatment tactics.
