Abstract
The article describes the clinical case of ulcerative colitis, which debuted at 14 weeks of pregnancy. Due to the failure of conservative treatment in the period of 16 weeks, surgical treatment of the disease was carried out: Subtotal colectomy, ileostomy. Further pregnancy proceeded without complications. A cesarean section was performed at 39 weeks. A live full-term girl was born in a satisfactory condition.
