Аннотация
Представлено клиническое наблюдение успешного лечения инфекционного эндокардита, вызванного метициллинрестистентным эпидермальным стафилококком (MRSE) цефтаролином фосамил, представителем 5 поколения цефалоспоринов. На фоне коморбидности в виде ишемической болезни сердца, стентирования передней межжелудочковой артерии и неалкогольного цирроза печени достигнуто излечение, без прогрессирования сопутствующих заболеваний.
