Abstract
The article presents a minimally invasive technology of extrathoracic fixation of the left anterior sternum-rib valve using a reinforced silicone tire in a patient with multiple bilateral rib fractures and a comminuted fracture of the body and sternum handle. The tire has two horizontal sections, which are located across the front surface of the chest from the mid-clavicular line to the right to the mid-axillary line to the left. The patient was successfully cured for five weeks.
