Abstract
The article is devoted to the topical issues of automatical management of the medical organization’s procurement system in accordance with the requirements of appliance of the Catalog of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs, including the information that describes the objects of procurement. Particular attention is paid to the processes of informational interaction between Unified Information System and accounting information systems of financial and economic activities of medical organizations. The troublesome problems of the appliance of the Catalog of goods, works, and services in the procurement of drugs are analyzed on real examples. Based on the analysis of the problem, the proposals for optimizing the use of Unified Reference Classified of Drugs and the Catalog of goods, works and services in terms of determining product unit, its price in the specification to the contract and rational calculation of the reference price for drugs without complication of the procurement process for customers — medical organizations are scientifically substantiated and formulated.
