Аннотация
Рассмотрен опыт лечения 87 пациентов с тяжелым острым панкреатитом. Протокол лечебно-диагностической тактики включал активное консервативное ведение пациентов с ежедневной общей оценкой клинической картины по шкалам Marshal, APACHE II и Ranson, динамики изменения лабораторных показателей, в сочетании с анализом данных инструментальных методов исследований (УЗИ, КТ и МРТ), применение отсроченных оперативных вмешательств.
Применение разработанного протокола привело к снижению общей и послеоперационной летальности, числа системных осложнений и значительному повышению выживаемости при тяжелом остром панкреатите.
