Abstract
Retrospective study included 53 patients. Ten operations were carried out for hypospadias, 2 operations for urethral obliteration and 41 operations for extensive urethral stricture in men. The age of patients ranged from 43 to 67 years. In the postoperative period, the following complications were observed: urinary incontinence in 3 patients, ischemia of the penis skin in 2 patients and formation of repeated stricture in 1 patient. In order to objectively compare the quality of life, the SF-36 questionnaire was used.
