Abstract
Experience in the use of biliary plastic and metal self-expanding stents installed by antegrade (45 patients) or retrograde endoscopic access (160 patients) for short-term preoperative preparation for surgical intervention or for long-term use as a final treatment method for pathology of the organs of the hepatopancreatobiliary zone. Pancreatic stenting by plastic stents diameter of 5Fr in 35 patients for the prevention and treatment of acute post-ERCP pancreatitis.
Keywords: stenting, stent surgery, minimally invasive technologies in surgery, antegrademethod, PTBD, endoscopic retrograde method, ERCP, obstructive jaundice.
